Vibration &friction welding machine
Vibration friction welding machine adapts to all types and sizes of parts welds for technical thermoplastics. It is suitable for almost all thermoplastic plastic welding, parts with allowable unconstrained motion welds in the reciprocating direction, medium-sized or large-sized parts. Friction energy is converted into heat by applying the necessary amounts of pressure during the vibration and cooling stages.
The material factors of vibration welding are similar to those of ultrasonic welding: amorphous materials are more suitable for vibration welding than semi-crystalline polymers.
Annular vibration welding can connect parts whose welding area size is approximately equal to the distance from the welding area to the rotation axis.
Linear vibration welding is used on complete sets of parts that allow linear vibration in one direction.
When the entire surface of the joint is flat or slightly bent out of the plane, the vibration welding process is the most ideal for the part.
The vibration welding machine is particularly suitable for thermoplastic materials, including amorphous resins such as ABS/PC, PVC, PMMA and PES; semi-crystalline resins such as HDPE, PA, PP, TPO. Panuni’s welding machines can join automotive parts such as intake manifolds, dashboards, taillights and bumpers; aviation applications such as HVAC tubes, interior lights and storage boxes; household appliances such as dishwasher pumps and spray arms, Detergent sprayer and vacuum cleaner housing.
